These Terms of Service govern your use of the MW Prints website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Store services

MW Prints offers personalized photo tiles, canvas prints, and related products. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products and process orders.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for activity performed through your customer account and for protecting your account credentials.

3. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, prohibited content, or production limitations. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. Prices, promotions, taxes, and shipping charges are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

4. Personalized products and uploaded content

You are responsible for choosing the correct product options and uploading the correct image. You represent that you own the uploaded content or have permission to reproduce it and that it does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party right.

You grant MW Prints and the service providers involved in producing and fulfilling your order a limited license to store, crop, resize, reproduce, and print the uploaded content solely as needed to provide the purchased product and related customer support.

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or infringing content. We may refuse or cancel an order containing content we reasonably believe is prohibited or unsafe to produce.

5. Image and product appearance

Printed colors, brightness, crop, sharpness, and appearance may differ from what you see on a screen because of device settings, image resolution, aspect ratio, materials, and the printing process. We may contact you if an image appears unsuitable, but we cannot guarantee that every image-quality problem will be identified before production.

6. Production, shipping, cancellations, and returns

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Because personalized products are made to order, changes, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You may not interfere with site security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or misuse site content, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

Except for customer-uploaded content and third-party materials, the website’s design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to MW Prints and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right to use our branding or site content is granted except for ordinary use of the website.

9. Third-party services

The website may use services provided by Shopify, payment processors, carriers, product-customization providers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that are not controlled by MW Prints.

10. Errors and availability

We may correct errors or omissions involving descriptions, images, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit estimates, or availability at any time. If an error affects an order, we may contact you with options or cancel and refund the affected order.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. MW Prints will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the website, or your violation of these terms or another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Severability and waiver

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
