Shipping policy

MW Prints currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Production time

Our photo tiles and canvas prints are personalized and made to order. Standard production may require up to 5 business days before an order ships. Production time is separate from the carrier transit estimate shown at checkout.

Shipping options

Available shipping methods and final charges are displayed at checkout. Current options include Standard shipping, estimated at 3–5 business days after production, for $8.00; free Standard shipping on qualifying orders of $70.00 or more; and Express shipping, estimated at 1–2 business days after production, for $15.00.

Shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect address.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships.

Address changes

Please review your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us at info@modiaworks.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after production or fulfillment has begun.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location and contact the carrier first. For damaged packages, incorrect items, or other order problems, contact info@modiaworks.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos when applicable.
